  • Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant if you notify us at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Cancellations by Us: If we need to cancel or reschedule the class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future class.

  • If you are unable to attend, we cannot provide a refund, but you may collect your starter and printed materials after the event.

📌 Next-Day Loaf Collection

  • Your shaped dough will be proofed, baked, and available for pickup the following day.

  • Collection times will be communicated at the end of the class.

  • If you are unable to collect, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
